Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Schaghticoke Town Board on August 12, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, New York to hear all persons interested regarding a proposed Local Law entitled “Chapter 92 – Noise” under consideration by the Town Board.

A Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Schaghticoke Planning Board on August 5, 2026 at 7:05 p.m. To hear all persons interested regarding the application of ProLine Power for use of one lot of a 3-lot subdivision of land out of a parcel of 8.17± acres located at the southeast corner of Route 40.....

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on July 8, 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Schaghticoke, New York (the “Town”) duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to permissive referendum. If a permissive referendum is sought, the petition requesting a permissive referendum must be filed with the Town Clerk within 30 days from adoption of the resolution.
